Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon
Serves 4 (approximately 20 minutes)
6-8oz salmon fillets x 4
1/4c. maple syrup
1/4c. grainy mustard
2tbsp Bonefish Salmon Rub
2tbsp melted butter
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
1. Season salmon generously
2. Mix maple syrup, mustard, Bonefish Rub, butter and vinegar.
3. Coat salmon with glaze, load it on!
4. Cook salmon under low broil for 12 minutes or until desired doneness. If you like crispy fish skin like I do cook the salmon flesh side up for 8 minutes and then turn it skin side up for the last 4.
5. Serve with your favourite side and enjoy! This is also a fantastic summer salad topper.
