Sesame Poke Bowl

3 tsp Seaweed hijiki or wakame

12oz raw sashimi grade tuna cut into cubes

1/2 Vidalia/sweet onion diced

1 scallion thinly sliced

2 tsp mixed black and white sesame seed

2 tbsp soya sauce

1 tsp honey or maple syrup


Re-hydrate seaweed by putting it in a bowl and pouring boiling water on it. Let sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the seaweed and roughly chop into strips with a sharp knife.


Combine all prepped ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes, and adjust seasoning to taste.


Serve over jasmine rice and enjoy!
